DAMAGED PRODUCTS  RECEIVED

In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly packaged for each customer. However, should your product arrive damaged, please simply contact us or Email us at info@reidbusinessmachines.co.uk

Claims must be done within 14 working days of making a purchase and will be processed after inspection and approval from the quality department

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Reid Business Machines ensures that all our customers are satisfied and offer the opportunity to exchange the product with another with the following limitations.

  1. Please note that items on sale and promotion are not eligible for exchange
  2. 1-year free service warranty on all products, after that repair will be charged
  3. Once the sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
  4. The item must be used, and all manufacturer seals intact as well as the packing in its original condition. You must also have the original invoice which with which you will be deemed eligible for an exchange within 15 working days (subject to availability)

REFUND

If there is a manufacturing fault in the product and a replacement is not immediately available then a refund will be issued within 14 working days of us receiving the item. The payment amount will then be funded to your UK bank account or via a verified PayPal address

DELIVERY TIME

We are catering to customers worldwide.  All orders received from the UK will be delivered by UPS/DPD Courier Services

The product will be dispatched within 2-3 days once an order is confirmed over call or email

Delivery will be done from the UK. It will take 3-5 Days for the packet to be delivered to the UK

It will take 6 -10 Days for the packet to be delivered worldwide

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. Also, our exchange policy will apply to the product once it has been shipped. Nb. Reid Business Machines has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
