PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Reid Business Machines ensures that all our customers are satisfied and offer the opportunity to exchange the product with another with the following limitations.
- Please note that items on sale and promotion are not eligible for exchange
- 1-year free service warranty on all products, after that repair will be charged
- Once the sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
- The item must be used, and all manufacturing seals intact as well as the packing in its original condition. You must also have the original invoice which with which you will be deemed eligible for an exchange within 15 working days (subject to availability)
REFUND
If there is a manufacturing fault in the product and a replacement is not immediately available then a refund will be issued within 14 working days of us receiving the item. The payment amount will then be funded to your UK bank account or via a verified PayPal address
